We Create Ideas had designed the float for the City of Hong Kong at The Lord Mayors Show, and wanted the energy and creativity of the float conveyed in a shot film.

Onward Productions produced this video working closely with Simon Glover at We Create Ideas, who had a strong idea of what they wanted.
